Care Instructions
- Handle your artwork with clean, dry hands.
- Keep away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture to prevent fading or warping.
- For watercolour on paper, framing under glass or acrylic is recommended for long-term protection.
- Avoid using adhesive tape, pins, or clips directly on the paper.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order under the following conditions:
- Return period: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, undamaged and carefully packaged.
- Exclusions: Custom or commissioned artworks cannot be returned.
- Process: Please contact us before sending back any item. We will provide return instructions.
- Return shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds: Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a refund or replacement.
- For returns from outside the EU, items must be carefully packed in their original packaging and clearly marked as a return to comply with customs regulations.
- Any customs or import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping Information
Each piece is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Fragile items are shipped with protective materials and tracking.
For larger orders, or when purchasing multiple items of different types (e.g., watercolours and sculptures), the shipping cost shown at checkout is an estimate. Some items may need to be shipped separately in multiple parcels to ensure they arrive safely. If the actual shipping cost ends up being lower than the estimate, we will refund the difference. We always aim to keep shipping fair and transparent.
